I was proudly born in Marseille, in the south of France, in 2003.
My new home is Auvergne, where I've been living for a few years now.
I am into arts, especially music (jazz and French folk), and cinema.
I am interested in oenology too, and I strongly believe in Châteaneuf-du-pape supremacy.
I enjoy some boardgames during the rare hours when I'm not busy, especially mahjong and tarot.
Regarding videogames, I love ADOFAI, and I play Mr Game & Watch on SSBU.
I use Manjaro btw ;)
I got my baccalauréat (A levels) with highest honour at
Emile Duclaux highschool.
I had specialised in English Litterature and Mathematics.
I entered college and passed an bachelor's degree in IT at
Clermont-Ferrand University, ranking in the top 5%.
Currently, I am continuing my studies at
ISIMA
(Superior IT Institute, of Modelisation and their Applications), a computer science engineering school.
I have chosen "Optimisation and Artificial Intelligence" as a specialisation.
I was also able to join a special program that includes hours devoted to research in my timetable.
My coursework has provided me with general skills in various areas of computer science.
My course specialises in Optimisation and Artificial Intelligence.
I did an integration internship in the research laboratory next to my school: the LIMOS.
With Maxime Buron as a tutor, I discovered database on a more theorical level.
Precisely, we worked on Join optimisation in data integration systems. I did a poster to present my work, it can be found here.
In programming, I am primarily a Java enjoyer. I also have groundings in C, Python and Lisp. Go seems interesting, and I'd like to learn it soon.
I made this static page in html/css/js by hand, and I am used to WordPress website maintenance.
It is the with the deepest pride that I inform you that I am the n°1 listener of Jean Ferrat on spotify.
Trivia aside, my love for music isn't limited to listening, but also includes playing!
I have been playing the bass guitar for six years, and currently, I am learning acoustic guitar to sing along around campfires.
I learned in the contemporary music department of the
Aurillac Conservatory of Music and Dance,
where I played in a band for four years.
Additionally, I attended the music summer camp
Rock the Casbah
in 2020. You can spot me (the bass player with a red shirt) on
this video :)
Currently, I am working on a project of voice-and-bass covers of Jacques Brel's songs. I hope to share more about this project in the coming months ;)
By the way, I play on an
Ibanez SRH505F,
a lovely 5-strings fretless bass that sounds wonderful!
